Warmington Village Hall Party at the Plough

Arlescote & Warmington Parish Residents

Now that Covid restrictions have eased, the Warmington Village Hall Management Committee (WVHMC) has pleasure in inviting you to our first social event on Saturday 4th September between 2-4 pm.

To ensure your comfort and safety, our get-together will be held behind The Plough, Warmington. The landlords, Colin and Steve, have created a large, attractive garden and seating area, some of which is under canvas giving shelter from the sun or rain.

As thanks for your past and future support, we are offering each resident one free drink and one free hotdog on the 4th. Additional hotdogs and drinks can be purchased by you.

Action for Residents before the end of Friday 3rd September: pop into The Plough during their opening hours and ask the staff for one ticket for each member of your household who will use it on the 4th. NB: getting your numbered tickets in advance saves queuing for tickets and guides us on how many sausages to buy and cook for the BBQ.

We hope that you will join us on 4th September as we look forward to chatting with old friends and welcoming newcomers to our Parish. Do look out for and support our raffle in aid of the Church wall restoration fund. Also, there will be a few games to play, like Splat-the-Rat and Skittles.

Tim Stevens (Chairman), Barbara Williams-Cooke (Treasurer), Simon Wilce (Secretary), Jenny Deeming and Cheryl Huggins (Events).
