WVHMC - Notice of the AGM
Please find attached the Notice of the AGM to be held on Wednesday, 10th November 2021, at 7.30 pm in the Hall. The Notice has the Agenda in it.
You are invited to the Village Hall Annual General Meeting. The evening is an opportunity for the Warmington and Arlescote Parish residents to consider the community’s activities over the past years in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic and share ideas for improvements, fundraising and social activities for the forthcoming year.
A new committee will be elected. With many new villagers, new members to the Committee are being sought to ensure a cross section of the community is represented. In particular, this year we are looking for a new Treasurer and additional help with Events.
If you would like to seek nomination to the Committee, please complete the nomination slip below and post it in the Village Hall post box before Monday 8th November 2021.
In reaching your decision feel free to speak to any of the Committee Members.
Spare nomination papers are available on the village notice board and in the Hall.

There is a Cash Bar with free glass of wine for AGM attendees after the AGM.
